SOST employs some of these  strategies to achieve its goals and objectives:

·  Putting ideas into paper and transforming ideas into a scenario framework.
·  Transform frameworks into action plans

Membership or Networks 
·   SOST is a member of African network, a net work comprising of 26 African organizations
   operating in the Netherlands
·   SOST is also a member of the Sudanese Civil Society Forum in the Netherlands
